The result is a digital tool for attracting talent based on algorithms and variable settings tailored to the needs of each vacancy. Adapted to any digital platform, the HR manager can access it from any device and anywhere to define the search parameters. The App has completely eliminated the internal workload in the management of this process, the paper file, unified the candidate entry path and integrated the digital database in an automated way.
